Principal's Points

Our students are wearing uniforms Monday - Thursday. Our colors are navy/khaki pants/skirts and shirts/blouses are yellow, light blue and white. Friday is considered school spirit/civilian day. We have a high percentage of students wearing uniforms and are striving for 100% participation.

Adamsville Elementary School made Adequate Yearly Progress for the No Child Left Behind Law. We are no longer a Needs Improvement school. This is due to the hard work of teachers, Students and parental support.

Direct Instruction, our whole school reform model, was implemented in reading and language arts during the 2002-03 school year. This year we are implementing math and spelling.

Continue to stay involved with your children and schedule conferences with the teacher to determine how well they are doing in school.
