Fickett has recently been awarded the Platinum Award.

Principal Anthony Dorsey says there is a direct correlation between dress and success. Therefore, male faculty members arrive each morning in a shirt and tie. The males are also required to tuck their shirt into their pants. Their female counterparts are dressed in business attire as well. This emphasis on professionalism allows students to benefit from the many programs it has to offer.
