Personal Vision
I imagine leading a team of visionary leaders who will establish cooperative,
collegial and collaborative relationships among all stakeholders, which
will help to create high achieving, safe, well maintained schools, recognizing
data-driven comprehensive school reforms will help build the capacity
of their doers to design high level standards driven quality work while
creating and maintaining climates that are conducive to learning, and
realizing that all parts of the team are necessary to educate our children.
