Principals, the following letters should go out by the end of first semester to inform all parents of the promotion requirements.

 

Letters to Parents Informing Them of the Policy and Potential Retention If Their Children Do Not Meet Standards--

These letters are to be sent to parents early in the school year.

(Principals may paste these letters on school letter head)

These letters are to go out to parents as soon as spring testing results are in.
