The Turner Middle School PTA invites you
to GET INVOLVED!
We
invite all families to join the Turner
Middle School Parent Teacher Association
(PTA). Studies of parent involvement
overwhelmingly confirm that it has a
positive effect on children's well-being
and academic achievement. Parent
involvement and commitment also benefit
teachers, schools, communities and the
parents themselves. Our goal is to have
every member of our school community
participate in the PTA. It can be for as
little as one hour, or as much as you
are able to give to your community.

JOIN the PTA
Membership in the Turner Middle
School PTA costs $5.00 for adults
and $2.50 for students. However, we
gladly will accept contributions in
excess of the membership fee, and
encourage you to contribute more if
you can (PTA dues are tax deductible
as allowed by law.)

ATTEND PTA meetings
General PTA meetings are on a
regular basis. To coincide with
other school events and to
accommodate parents' different
schedules, please check the this web
site for announcements of upcoming
meetings.
